1. Agreement

By creating or continuing to use a DAILY 2K account after accepting these Terms, you agree to the rules below and acknowledge the DAILY 2K Privacy Policy. Do not participate in a circle unless you understand the contribution obligation, payout arrangement, fees and default consequences.

2. Account and identity

DAILY 2K uses authenticated Telegram information and internal identifiers to maintain member identity. You must provide accurate account information and keep your Telegram account and device secure. A circle creator may use a display name or nickname for an unclaimed invitation, but cannot change the underlying identity of a member after that person has claimed or authenticated their account.

3. The DAILY 2K 4×4 circle

The current model uses four approved members over a 28-day cycle. The contribution cycle begins only after the roster and cycle conditions are satisfied. DAILY 2K assigns and records payout positions for the cycle; members do not obtain an earlier position merely by requesting it first.

A member may participate in more than one eligible circle. Accounting and defaults are circle-specific.

4. Daily contribution

The current standard DAILY 2K contribution is ₦2,000 per member per contribution day. A contribution counts only after it is successfully verified and allocated to the correct member, circle and contribution date.

If a payment provider charges the payer more than the intended ₦2,000 because of provider checkout charges, only the intended DAILY 2K contribution is credited to the circle unless the service explicitly states otherwise.

5. Service, processing and member charges

The current DAILY 2K service/processing fee is 3% of the weekly gross payout. On the standard four-member weekly gross amount of ₦56,000, that fee is ₦1,680 and the standard net payout is ₦54,320.

DAILY 2K will show the applicable gross amount, member-facing service charge and expected net payout. Provider fees and operating costs may change, but a new member-facing charge will not be silently introduced.

Current fee schedule

• Daily contribution: ₦2,000 (member contribution, not a fine).
• Service/processing fee: 3% of the applicable weekly gross payout.
• Late fee: ₦500 when the ordinary 24-hour grace rule applies to a missed contribution.
• Voluntary early exit/unwind fee: 1.5% of the member’s refundable verified contribution balance when the member voluntarily opts out early or the circle mutually chooses to unwind.
• Platform/continuity termination: the 1.5% exit/unwind fee may be waived for innocent members when Goods Arena terminates the circle because safe continuation is not possible.
• Separate flat ₦2,000 penalty: not active under this version.

6. Late contribution, grace and default

Each member receives one ordinary 24-hour grace incident per cycle. When an eligible contribution remains unpaid after its due day, the obligation may be marked late/grace and a ₦500 late fee applies to that incident.

The ₦500 late fee is recorded separately from contribution principal and does not increase the circle pot.

Example: if yesterday’s ₦2,000 contribution was missed, the recovery checkout is ₦2,500: ₦2,000 missed contribution + ₦500 late fee. Today’s regular ₦2,000 remains a separate contribution. After the ₦2,500 recovery is verified, the member may pay today’s ₦2,000 immediately or later before that contribution day ends.

If more than one earlier contribution remains unpaid, DAILY 2K may present the arrears as separate recovery installments rather than one large combined checkout. Only the first ordinary grace incident carries the ₦500 late fee; later missed obligations do not inherit repeated ₦500 fees unless a future Terms version expressly provides otherwise.

If the grace period expires unpaid, the affected member may be marked DEFAULT for that circle. If another missed-payment incident occurs after the member has used the ordinary grace incident, DAILY 2K may refer the matter directly to Admin Risk Review rather than repeatedly granting ordinary grace periods.

7. Payouts

A payout is subject to verified contributions, the recorded payout position, a verified payout account, circle health, available provider funds and DAILY 2K safety controls. The platform may delay or block a payout where these requirements are not satisfied.

A completed payout is associated with an immutable provider reference and must not be intentionally submitted again merely because a member or administrator repeats a request.

The provider-balance reserve maintained by DAILY 2K is an operational safety requirement. It is not a member fee or additional contribution.

8. Circle Protection Mode

A missed contribution, default, emergency request or material risk may place the affected circle into Circle Protection Mode. While protection is active, outgoing payouts for that circle may be frozen while DAILY 2K reviews contribution history, payouts already received, outstanding obligations, available funds, refund exposure and possible shortfall.

A protected circle is not intended to remain frozen forever. Where safe, the defaulting member may clear overdue obligations and continue. If the member reaches Default/Admin Risk Review and has not already received the relevant payout, an eligible replacement may be approved. The replacement takes the vacated cycle slot and brings contribution principal up to the circle’s current position using separate ₦2,000 installments; the outgoing member’s late fee or penalty is not transferred to the replacement. If the outgoing member has a positive verified refund claim, that liability is held for separate settlement and the circle payout hold may remain until the claim is resolved so the circle is not overfunded on paper.

A default in one circle does not automatically place a member's unrelated healthy circles in default.

9. Emergency requests, replacement and termination

An emergency or hardship request opens a review; it does not automatically trigger an immediate refund. Multiple requests concerning the same circle/cycle may be consolidated to avoid duplicate settlements or transfers.

Depending on the circumstances, authorized operations staff may grant exceptional grace, suspend a member, approve a replacement, resume a protected circle, terminate a circle or prepare an appropriate settlement. Material actions affecting money or member status should be auditable.

If members voluntarily choose to end a circle early, a 1.5% voluntary exit/unwind service fee may be deducted from each voluntarily exiting member’s refundable verified contribution balance. If Goods Arena terminates the circle because safe continuation is impossible, the fee may be waived for innocent members. No flat ₦2,000 exit/default penalty applies under this version.

Before a termination/refund is approved, DAILY 2K may calculate verified available funds, member contribution positions, payouts already received, valid service fees, recoverable amounts and any shortfall. A member who has already received more than they contributed is not automatically refunded and may remain in Admin Risk Review while recovery exposure is calculated.

10. Future fines or penalties

There is no active flat ₦2,000 termination/default fine in these Terms. Goods Arena may not apply such a member charge under Terms v1.2 simply because a technical configuration exists or an administrator selects a case outcome.

If Goods Arena later establishes a separate ₦2,000 penalty—or any other new fine—the exact trigger, amount, treatment, waiver rules and affected member must be defined in an updated fee schedule/Terms and appropriately disclosed before that charge applies. Where required, a fresh member acceptance will be recorded.

11. Refunds and reversals

Refunds and reversals are based on verified accounting records and provider status. DAILY 2K will not intentionally describe an underfunded circle as though the full expected pot were available. A refund, reversal or settlement may be delayed while the underlying payment or payout is being reconciled.

12. Member conduct

You must provide accurate information, act in good faith, avoid fraudulent transactions, avoid attempting to manipulate contribution/payout records, and use DAILY 2K only for lawful purposes. Goods Arena may restrict access where necessary to protect members, investigate fraud, respond to legal requirements or secure the service.

13. Availability and provider dependency

DAILY 2K depends on Telegram, Paystack, banks, hosting and network services that Goods Arena does not completely control. Processing may be delayed by provider outages, compliance restrictions, recipient-bank delays or security reviews. A delayed provider response is not permission to submit the same payout again with a new reference.

14. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the DAILY 2K Privacy Policy. By using DAILY 2K, you acknowledge that information necessary to authenticate you, operate circles, verify transactions, administer payouts and maintain audit/security records will be processed as described there.

15. Changes to Terms or fees

Goods Arena may update these Terms when the product or legal requirements change. Material changes to contribution rules, member-facing fees or penalties will not be silently applied. Appropriate notice and renewed acceptance will be requested where required before a materially different rule applies.

16. Governing law and complaints

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to mandatory rights and protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
